About the Image: This wonderful image has always given me a sense of serenity. So often wildlife artists select to paint a charging elephant. These three (yes, there are three) are from the San Diego Zoo. Until recently only female elephants were keep at the zoo--hence, the title. I never fail to see this painting and reflect upon the majesty of these magnificent creatures.
